The Weight is Over

This year I decided that I was no longer going to be subjected to the numbers on the scale. I was going to finally get serious about my weight. The first day I stepped on the scale and it said 264 lbs. I checked to see if the scale was off, but no it was just fine. Well at least I have a starting point. Today I am down to 248 lbs. and losing. Based on the Rush University Medical Center I should weigh between 114 -144 lbs. to be in a normal range, but I’m just shooting for healthy.

I think that you should love the food you eat.  Since you have to eat anyway it might as well be good. So I have experimented with some healthy versions of my favorite foods. As I find more recipes that we can use, I will post them for you.   Feel free to adjust things to your taste; that’s the fun part.
