Master Cleanse Review: Day 1

I should have never started this while at work. There was a bowl of chocolate on the desk and boxes of donuts everywhere I went. Butterfinger hearts and a twist donut was my down fall.

Even though I wasn’t perfect on Day 1, I refuse to give up. I did pay attention to what I had at every meal. I figured out that boredom is my trigger, but if I am better prepared then I won’t eat junk. As I look at the day as a whole I feel that it was a success.

On to Day 2!

Master Cleanse Preparation: Fruits and Vegetables

Completely eliminate all processed foods, meat, dairy, alcohol, caffeine and processed sugars from your meals. Instead, opt for fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. Eat as much of your food raw as possible.
