Day 2 is fruit and vegetables only. I’m not one of those people that need meat with every meal, therefore vegetables and fruit worked great. I didn’t feel like I was missing anything at all. I don’t feel any different than I do on any other day; so far, so good.

Master Cleanse Preparation: Liquids Only
Switch to a liquid diet to prepare your body and mind for the days ahead. If you have a juicer or blender, then make fresh vegetable and fruit smoothies and juices. You can also make light vegetable soups and broths for this day.
